• "Delivery Partner" refers to individuals or businesses that use the Ramro Parts application to provide delivery services for ordered vehicle parts.
• "App" refers to the Ramro Parts mobile application available on Google Play and the App Store.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Users must not engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities on the App.

4. Seller Responsibilities

• Sellers must provide accurate and detailed information about the listed vehicle parts.
• Sellers are responsible for the quality and condition of the parts listed on the App.
• Sellers must adhere to the pricing and payment policies outlined in the App.

5. Delivery Partner Responsibilities

• Delivery Partners must fulfill delivery requests promptly and professionally.
• Delivery Partners must adhere to safety and security protocols during the delivery process.
• Delivery Partners must maintain a high level of customer service.

6. App Usage and Restrictions

• Users, Sellers, and Delivery Partners must comply with the terms and conditions set forth by Google Play and the App Store.
• Users, Sellers, and Delivery Partners must not engage in any activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Ramro Parts reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violations of these terms.

7. Privacy and Data Security

• Ramro Parts collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
• Users, Sellers, and Delivery Partners must respect the privacy of others and comply with data protection laws.

8. Updates and Modifications

• Ramro Parts reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
• Users, Sellers, and Delivery Partners will be notified of any significant changes to the terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from the use of the App will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, legal action.

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal Government.
