 Eligibility for Returns
  - Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  - Parts must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all included components and accessories.
  - Custom or special-order parts are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
  - Any product returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

Request a Return Authorization (RA)

  - Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Prepare Your Return
  - Safely package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit.
  - Include a copy of your original receipt and the RA number in the package.

Ship Your Return
  - Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our support team.
  - You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  
   
  
 Refunds
  - Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  - Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
  
  
 Exchanges
  - We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
  
  
 Damaged or Defective Items
  - If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order details. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
  
  
 Non-Returnable Items
  - Custom parts, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
